for the app’s
referral service

Provider of the Doganizer! app is BITENOTBARK GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter “BITENOTBARK, we, us, our”).
Use of this service requires that you agree to the following terms of use. Therefore, please read them carefully.

We appreciate that you want to recommend Doganizer! – thank you!

Please only refer friends who have a dog, whom you have previously spoken with, and who may have an interest in using the app.

Usage

Users of the Referral Service (the “Service”) are existing customers (“Existing Customer”) and invited friend(s) (“Invited Friend(s)”).
The existing customer and the invited friend must both be of legal age (18 years of age or older) and reside in countries where our app is offered in the Apple App Store.
The service is intended for the use of private customers and may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to (temporarily) exclude or re-admit existing customers from the referral service.

Invitations

Our referral service only allows you to invite each “invited” friend individually and personally.
No existing customer is allowed to send invitations to third parties on our behalf or with reference to our app through the use of mass emails, short notifications or messages, or by means of automated systems or bots.
No existing customer may issue an invitation with the intent to advertise commercial activity.

Privacy

Data Initiated friend referrals that are still pending after 6 months from the referral date will be deleted.

General info

We offer this service as a courtesy. It does not create any legal obligations that could be enforced in court.
German law is applicable.

Changes to these
terms

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or change these terms and conditions as well as the requirements of the service and its conditions at any time without prior notice. If we change these terms, we will post the change on the Doganizer! Website and in our Doganizer! app. The changes will take effect after they are posted.
Therefore, we recommend that you review these terms regularly to stay up to date. These Terms of Use were last updated on May 01, 2023
